Tampere Bus Station

When Tampere bus station was built in 1938, it was the largest and most modern bus terminal of the Nordic countries.

During the 1950’s and the 1960’s the station was the most used parcel service station of all Finland.

In the audio you can hear busses coming and going and people talking about travelling by bus. There is also a very noticeable amount of background traffic sounds from a nearby road.
