Plastic Industry (1): Overall Soundscape

This is the overall soundscape of a modern small-scale factory that produces disposable plastic piping bags. The soundscape vary heavily depending on which time of the day the one visits, which machines that are active, what tasks the workforce has and how many workers that are active in the factory.

This soundscape is recorded in the afternoon when two workers are active on the factory floor, instead of the usual five or six during day time. During the day there are more machines active in different parts of the industry and so the soundscape may vary.

Photographing of specific machines and materials was prohibited and so there will be few videos and pictures.
