Alongside the river on both is a quiet "park" with nothing to be heard except ducks, water, cyclists and other persons walking. And also the trams, since they haunt you wherever you are in Norrköping.
This particular spot is called Rhododendrondalen, and is named after the many rhododendrons which are planted here.
