The Station Tunnel Of The Tampere Station

The station tunnel below the railway was built in 1930 to facilitate traffic from the city center to Tammela. Along the tunnel are shops and restaurants, stairs and lifts to the platforms.

The tunnel echoes when the passengers are rushing to the train with their luggage and the trains run above the tunnel.
